1. The organiser of the raffle is shopware AG.
2. Participation in this raffle takes place by answering the Academy survey and filling out your name and e-mail address on the last page. The winner of the prize draw will be drawn on July 24th, 2024 and notified by e-mail.
   Should a winner not have responded within a period of seven working days after notification, the right to receive the prize will be forfeited.
   Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. The participation period ends on 21th of July, 2024.
3. Entrepreneurs and companies are eligible to participate. Employees of shopware AG and their relatives are generally excluded from participation. Only one entry per person is valid. Participation via a raffle service is excluded. shopware AG is entitled to delete entries from raffle agencies and to exclude the participant(s) using these agencies from participation.
4. Participation is only possible in one's own name. The prizes offered are non-transferable and cannot be changed or exchanged for cash. The legal process is excluded.
5. The winner shall receive 2 one Shopware elePHPant. It can be chosen if it is a Cody (blue) or a Vuelette (purple) (two) tickets. Their value cannot be paid out or granted in any other manner.
6. shopware AG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice if the proper execution of the raffle cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, shopware AG is entitled to demand compensation for the damage caused to this person.
7. The settlement will take place exclusively in direct contact between the winner and shopware AG. In the case of winning, the participant agrees to the following: The winner transfers to shopware AG all necessary rights of use and exploitation (depiction of the winner including prize and textual explanation).
8. The raffle is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

1. shopware AG collects and uses the personal data of users exclusively for the purpose of conducting the raffle in accordance with the statutory provisions.
2. It is mandatory to provide the following information when participating: First and last name and e-mail address. The specification of a telephone number, position and industry is voluntary.
3. In accordance with the legal basis, shopware AG will delete all personal data of the participant, insofar as this data has not been anonymised, when the raffle or the participant's involvement has ended.
